It certainly won't stop tragedies like this from happening again and you know this . History proves this to be true all the time . If you are truly sincere about wanting to protect other people form horrors like this . We should vote out the leaders that can't seem to condemn this acts of hate and only want to foster divisiveness . And vote in the people who aren't on the gun lobbyists payroll and have empathy for their fellow man and have no hesitation condemning acts of hate . Been there almost every year since 2005 - nothing beats it. Great people - cultures - food - activities - environment. You can be skiing in the morning - and bungee jumping midday - and then taking a trip to a rural town to get a massive feast down your gullet. Australia is a good holiday destination for its beaches - but New Zealand is just better in every other category. A young, female world leader who had a baby with her _boyfriend_ while in office. WOW. I wish the world were as progressive as New Zealand. Edit: Apparently she's also an agnostic who left her church to champion LGBT people. Go Jacinda!

We (NZ) were also the first country in the world to give women the ability to vote 125 years ago - the anniversary of which is currently being celebrated here :)

She's the PM of New Zealand, she is not a world leader, she's basically the manager of a holiday camp. Make her present of the US, see what her face looks like after two weeks.

Being prime minister of New Zealand is really not the same as being the president. It really isn’t that big of a deal here most people wouldn’t cross the street to meet the prime minister not many people care (don’t get me wrong lots of people like her). You’ll find that most country’s leaders don’t really have the celebrity status that America imposes on their president

She can't get Jannah until she converts to Islam though right? That's what the Quran says. But I love this woman for standing with the truth and the NZ shooter must not be spared.
