Loss is so tough. Whether it's a mother, father, daughter, son, sister, brother - anyone. We just lost our cat who we rescued from a shelter. She was with us for a little under two weeks, but it honestly felt like we had known her for years. I'm so glad we had gotten to show her love before her unexpected passing. It's tough and it always opens the door of memories with dear family members who have passed at other times. Rest easy Baby Boo (also known as Pumpkin). You were loved, and will always be missed. It gives me comfort to know you are surrounded by some of the greatest people and pets I have had the pleasure of crossing paths with. I will see you again, not a matter of if, just a matter of when. For anyone who is struggling or going through a tough time, I love you. Keep going, it will all be worth it in the end ❤️ ✌️🕊️

Amazing song. I completely agree with you. The first movie I ever saw in theaters as a little kid was Curious George (2006), and my family and I loved the soundtrack to the movie so much that we went straight to the store to get the CD after seeing the movie. The music was done by Jack Johnson and, well, the rest is history. Jack Johnson music feels like coming home, like going back to my roots, like going back to being a little kid with so much heart and enthusiasm. I will be seeing him in concert this summer for the first time and I feel like it will be a full circle moment. Truly amazing how an artist can make us feel more connected to ourselves :)

after putting it to to sleep listening to this song several times I discovered something, the music is so special that at 1:37" a bird decides to take its last flight right there behind the pair, to the sound of such a beautiful singing it gives what seems to be its last landing and right there, composing the backdrop for "If Ever" he left, it just proves how special Jack and Paula are!
