Whether or not you are a Jack Edwards fan, it's hard to not to feel bad about his situation. Sometimes just listening you don't see how much he is struggling to get the right words out, but when you see him on camera you can see it in his face how hard he has to work just to complete a sentence. Hopefully they can diagnose the problem.

Been watching the Bruins for about 50 years. No one calls a game like Jack. I sat near him on a flight from Florida to Hartford last year after the Bruins went up 3-1 against the Panthers. Jack Edward's commentary brought me to the sport....I never knew much about hockey or followed the sport...until 2019 when the Bruins were in the playoffs and Jack and Brick were providing the play by play....I have watched every Bruins game since...Thank you Mr Edwards for your funny and unique way of calling a hockey game...."can of corn"...."chinese mustard"...."tumbling muffin"...I still laugh every time....

Its interesting...when the action is going fast, Jack's speech is at his best. But his struggles are more evident between faceoffs. So sad that doctors basically told him 'everything's fine'. Thanks for 19 great years, Jack! Hope the B's do their part and send you out with another ring!
