Bro. Evans is the ONE MAN who literally brought me out of Denominationalism into the Church , with that I brought my Best Friend who in Turn brought his Family , his Wife's Family and their Kids...Bro. Evans has a long list of Influence that he will never know about but God does...I love him for his Lifelong Dedication to the Gospel , my prayer is that I'm 1% of what he was, My God Bless and Keep him in his Care

I am from Richmond Virginia and I am a Former Student/Basketball Player at SWCC. Sister Evans was my English Literature Professor. Dr. Evans hired me to work in the Campus Cafeteria. Also, Dr. hired me as a Resident Dormitory Aide at the Honor Dorm and Timothy Hall, eventually an Assistance Supervisor Dormitory at Johnson Hall. Dr. Jack Evans I wish that I could have been present. However; though, I am so so happy that I came across this Video from the 5th Ward Church of Christ in Houston Texas. I love you and I appreciate you. I shall never never forget the unconditional love and support which you shown me while I was a Ministerial Student. Sister Patricia Evans, I love and I appreciate you as well. Thanks for your unconditional love and support which shown me while I was a Student in your Class, as well as Member of the Church of Christ. Dr. Evans & Patricia Evans, you two allowed me to be welcome in your Family while I was attending SWCC. Your Sons are my beloved brothers. Again I love and yours forever and forever. May GOD continue to bless you and your lovely Family.
