The fact that this kid was the only one who saw Jack meant that he believed in him from the jump but didn't know who Jack actually was. I honestly would've liked to have seen a sequel explaining how Jack handled being a spirit and why the Man In The Moon choose him as a guardian. This video was so wholesome because even though Jack is alone and nobody can see him, he still kept to his mischievous ways and made everyone have fun. One thing is confusing me in the video and the movie, if kids don't believe in the guardians which results in them not being seen by them, then does this mean that Jack wasn't deemed a Guardian by MIM until after Pitch returned?

This is based on the books, jack chooses to be seen or not seen to help the grown ups or the kids. It's not about belief

Jack was able to be seen by everyone near the beginning of the video but then became invisible… As for why he was chosen, MiM didn’t really choose him… so much as brought him back into the fold. As for the spirit thing, in this scene he isn’t a spirit and never was… he spent him time after waking up just meeting friend after friend but never truly letting himself become attached. He was never truly alone… unlike the version of him in the movie. You really gotta read the books. They’re fantastic…

This is beautiful and so touching! This scene could be perfect in a flashback, Man in Moon can show it to Jack or it could be part of his past; in his first days as a Spirit. I wished that we will see more of him in a sequel! Honestly, Rise fo the Guardians deserve one, more than Madagascar; can't believe this movie will have a 5 XS The music is sumptuous, goes perfectly with the scene; good choice :) It's one of the best in the movie as well and represent the silver hair teen, i love it!

Jack Overland Frost, you do good work, ol friend. And this artist beautifully portrayed this scene. Someday I hope this series is picked up again for maybe an animted TV series or another movie perhaps. and I hope someone takes inspiration from animatics like this. The fans know what they want, know what they like. The companies and studios should look too them to get some ideas :)

This is why I like Jack Frost. His intentions bring joy and laughter to people. In generel I love the purposes about this movie. Bringing children dreams, joy, hope and memories of their times. They watch over you until your time has come to grow up. This is why it's one of my most beloved movies.
