I love jackfruit. Bring back memories when l use to clean the jack fruit. We had two trees in the garden. Mango ,guava, banana and flowers too. Scros what is that red colour water your pouring on the jackfruit.

There is a similar food in the Philippines called "biko" (bee-koh). Only diff is the sticky rice isnt as colorful as this and no durian. Toasted coconut meat is also usually added on top. Nice cooking mommy Sros!👍
