Jack Hammering a concrete wall and grading dirt 1840 house

I know I know, not the normal videos I do. But wanted to at least make one and to show everyone the progress of the 1840 house. It's been a lot of work so far. But the outside is almost done. Then we get to make a bunch of videos doing the inside. Completely gutting the inside.

im in a 1890's 2 story victorian the north side has a cistern along the footing always wet that side and a big crack in footing/brick siding all the way to top life before roof gutters entire cellar would flood up to floor joists every spring light bulbs under water warped the hardwood floor boards in family room some areas 10" high toilet does'nt work right with 20 degree list to port side still have to remodel kitchen but new building codes say the old 60amp service has to go and nothing within 36" around a new 200amp there's windows all over the room not sure how to made codes happy not to mention house has small 100amp wires coming from transformer 80ft away

Yeah pretty much. Lots of excavation work I've done as well. I had to replace many rooted beams in the house, and yes by myself.

Oh, I'll probably rent this one like the other behind this one. I turned down a TON of money already when things were crazy. But I rather have the monthly income,

@@Askmediy Yeah a passive income can't be beat. Unless the feds pull another "no need to pay rent" like under covid but I doubt that will happen again.
