takes about 2 weeks ! just practice looking at the screens to get used to the menu and ask questions to the team leader, manger, ur coworkers if you have any. it’s pretty easy to understand taking orders after some practice.

depends on which store you go to. for mine they pretty much let me figure it out by myself lmao sometimes they’ll show me how to do stuff but u taught myself by watching my coworkers. it’s not that hard tho tbh. it gets easy after 2-3 weeks

it’s very likely you’ll get hired! they hire ppl w no experience. but yeah of course, just ask questions about what you can do and pay attention to how the workers are working so you can know what to do. most jacks are fast paced and care about the time so just see if they actually care about the time and work fast and do your best to keep up but if not then don’t worry about it 😂 and study the menu screens when u take orders so you can understand where everything is at and just mess around with the screens to get used to it. (if they let you) they’ll pretty much tell you what to do :)

which jack do you work at? i’ve been working at jack for about 8 months and i’m about to quit because of how toxic the environment is and how understaffed it is.. all the older, toxic shit talking shift leaders get to stay while they fire the younger team members who are actually nice decent people..

i actually never got to that point after all 💀 but from what i hear from the team leaders is u have to know a lot and it’s kinda of hard bc u have to do the drawers and change them out (register) and a whole bunch of other stuff
