How much pay per hour if you work in the kitchen prep food and cook (frying)?

for Team Leads it’s $18 and as of rn for team members it’s i think $16 or a little less (we switched to franchise so they changed the pay to less than what corporate was paying) if you get hired today.. since we were there before the switch, we kept the same pay. But in April they will start to pay minimum wage $20.. For TL it should be about $22? they haven’t told us what the TL will be getting paid yet but i’m just assuming it’s $2 more

bro i been working at jack in the box for about 3-4 weeks, and i still dont get the hang of it. My question is how can you have 8 workers!? The most I have seen at my work place is 6 people in the morning and afternoon. I hate working on fridays through sundays because there is just so many cars and we have 4 people. Is it normal to have one cashier to do the drive through calls, the sodas, bagging the food, and charge the customers. This is what happened to me on last weekend and I broke down.... (I just felt incompent on doing my work) It just sucked the team leader was in her 30 meal break, and I dealt with the busy amount of people come through T__T

right now there’s 5-6 people in the morning. my coworker went on her maternity leave and no one can work with me in the morning now. and the person taking orders is supposed to also collect and make the drinks and someone else is supposed to bag if it’s busy but if usually u have someone who’s supposed to collect. for 2 hours in the mornings i sometimes do it all by myself until my manner helps me. i’m sorry that happened to you it sucks. i’ve broke down a couple times too bc of stress but you begin to get the hang of it and be faster at it. idk why they made you do all that when ur only a few weeks in
