Dan Lok Hi Dan, I am 22 years old and currently live in the West Midlands, Near Birmingham in the UK. I am planning to move away from my social and economic milieu, as I have heard you/Mr Peña advise on several occasions. I was wondering where you would recommend moving, I am happy in my current job so I plan to stay in my current employment for now which is door to door sales. My concern is, if I am going to take a jump to move away from my family and friends etc, that I want to make sure it is the most beneficial place to live in possible. My job is field based sales door to door as I said so we have licenses to work in most areas of the UK, Appreciate any advice if you can, Thanks Dan Stephane

Dan Lok another great video! I have a question for your next video content .... when approaching clients as a B2B agency, what’s the best tactic to becoming their “go to” marketing company if they already have one assigned? It’s easy to approach companies who are doing it themselves, but for higher budgets most companies have agencies or in-house teams in place. Your advice would be fucking amazing thanks!! - LB

I had a same grow up background like you. No one can feel the same like us unless they have the same experience before. We try our best to Support our own life. We earn living for ourselves and also support our family. We don’t need people help, we don’t pray for others to help us. When you sat about your background. I’m exactly the other one of you. Except I’m not successful like you. Your words give me a lot of power! Your talent and smart Inspired me a lot!! I was born in Hk. I’m the only child. Growing up in the single family because parent divorce when I was little. Came to US know nothing in English. I was very shiny. No family support, living expenses, even a pocket money since under age. Work part time after School since I was In High school, to earn for living support my mom and myself for living and her medical expenses. Renting a bedroom living with my mom until last year I earn little bit more to rent a back house with our little own space finally. I always telling myself I will be a successful in one day but I’m not a smart student and I’m not a good learner. But I never give up to learn. Even I’m not good at learning and I’m have a sense of learning beauty skill. I create beauty makeup & hairstyle for bride. Non stop learning all the professional talents related to beauty, all the hair services. Facial treatment, nail, permanent tattoo brow. Now I want to do smart. I want to learn how to become a successful closer. I set a goal for myself, not a huge goal, but I want have a challenge myself. So now I Read everyday. Learn more skills as much as I can. Non stop educate my knowledge eventho I can not be a millionaire but at least Everything I learned are my own wealth. So I hope you can give some advise for me in my new job. How I can be a great closer but also can keep a good relationship with all my competitors inside the same company.

Hi Dan, Just wanted to tell that this video has been really impressive. Now-a-days, corporate are mostly concerned about money rather than what Jack- Ma has specified like employing more women, Hiring employees based on their attitude and willing to grow rather than based on resume, creating a global market by being as customer centric, focusing on customers, etc Few points that I've learned from him via your video are : 1) Hiring more women employees as they know what to buy. I seriously seen that women knows to bargain far better than men. They are really genius. 2) Hiring the people based upon attitude rather than resume. I see now-a-days, employers are hiring the efficient employees based on their previous salaries, no. of years of experience, how many companies did they left by overlooking their skills & attitudes just to cut their expenses. 3) Understand your customers. Now-a-days I see entrepreneur are fooling the customers by not disclosing some of the points which customers are not aware of in order to make money. Take for eg: doctors( with all due respect), they ask the patients to keep on coming every interval by prescribing them the 3rd grade tablets in order to make that as their recurring incomes rather than what a doctor supposed to do for the patients.

Jack Ma- China's richest man. The man that failed and got rejected a million times. He was rejected by KFC, Harvard and police job too. Now look at his life. Boom. Dan you choose a really good role model bro
@kenlee29234 жыл бұрын
Yeah. I am sure Jack Ma look back and thinks "Those things are not important and doesnt matter anymore and actually I was glad I never done any of that" KFC sucks, Police sucks too and Harvard like all Ivy league schools discriminates people based on the color of their skin. White person who have a C average have a easier time to get into Harvard than an Asian with perfect records and honors. There has been studies showing this which is why Harvard got in trouble because its discriminating people based on the color of their skin instead of their achievements and performances Look at the USA today, Trump is president and he doesn't even have basic political experience. The first 2 years, he was learning what he can and cannot do. While people with actual political experience doesnt get elected. This is what America really is, a bunch of idiots running the companies and country. All the really intelligent ones are not running it at all

I win because you either reinforce what I’m doing right, I acquire useful and applicable knowledge or I learn from your mistakes so I can avoid unneeded setbacks. I accept that I’m going to make my own mistakes, but even those setbacks can open up new doors/paths that present new opportunities. 2019 will be my breakout year provided I step up. Those resumes are the best. Reading Ma's books or Kiyosaki's books is worth only if you learn lessons from them. And in order to remember those lessons, it's important to compare them with reality, to know if they are still in the news. Thanks to Dan Lok, we have access to a larger knowledge: Chinese books are not always translated, and in 12 minutes, it's like we read the book. We need more videos like this !
