I was an A* student back in High-School & College (Upper Six-form), however, I felt I wasn't benefiting enough from my hard work and relentless studying. Consequently, I quit Upper Six-form and worked as a Web Developer Assistant, even then I had that entrepreneurial fire in me that needed to be satisfied; thus, I took a big step and decided to spend the last year-or-so to relentlessly study Entrepreneurialism & Real-Estate. Currently, I'm still working as a Web Dev Assistant to bring in some money (though the money didn't interest me), and I'm studying/reading on "How To Become a Real-Estate Investor." It's going well thus far, and I'm currently loving the self-development journey which Entrepreneurialism provides; and that's the what most people miss in the game of business they tend to focus more on the money and the end result, instead of focusing on developing themselves. "The only impossible journey is the one you never begin. " - Tony Robbins "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. " - Lao Tzu (Founder of philosophical Taoism/Daoism)

I studied real estate back in 2006, took a Rich Dad course in 2007 and my friend said “you paid 10k for the course your an idiot!” These people are scammers!” So I quit the whole thing... doubted myself. I missed the opportunity of Buying Real Estate when it was low. YOU NEED TO quit reading and go hunt for deals and buy real estate. Currently I built a brand new house with a pool and Airbnb it. It’s been a challenge but 100% worth it.
@joshuaamberson52665 жыл бұрын
@@nicholasvarro7382 I agree. I can read all the self-development books in the world, however, without implementation it's just a wish. "Knowledge is potential power" - Jim Kwik. Consequently, I must absorb knowledge and implement it as quickly as possible. The Speed of Implementation, this is highlighted by many entrepreneurs e.g. Gay Vaynerchuk & Dan Lok. Appreciate the great advice, man! All the best with your Real-Estate journey.

Mindprovement He never thought himself an entrepreneur when he was building his first company, Virgin Records. He was being himself. He did everything to become successful, but he stayed humble and grounded. Never took himself too seriously. He’s the only billionaire I have seen that does crazy and silly stuff in the name of promoting and marketing his brand.

I was a C-B student, I think the reason why a lot of the average students go far in life is because they aren't afraid to try something new and fail. Starting a YT Channel was a huge challenge but that's how you grow :D Great vid Dan
@citywitt32025 жыл бұрын
You’re probably right there. When you start a trail of success and glory, you get people looking at you differently, especially in the younger years of school when you’re four or five. You become so comfortable with that that you work harder to avoid failure and you can’t bare the idea of failure. I was a C student at school, and repeatedly got 1sts once I went to music college, (royal conservatoire of Scotland) after I learnt to fail.
@bevfromnc6607 Жыл бұрын

Look for a 1 percent improvement in something every day. In 10 days you’re not 10 percent better, but you’ve gained interest in growing. In 100 days, whatever you’re trying to improve is probably 120-130 percent better. You just have to commit to the 1 percent and see what a difference it makes in your life, business, revenue, etc.. Dan, as usual, a great, informative video. Thank you for sharing. We always glean some great nuggets from you and your team!

Dear Dan , First of all thanks for all those training vedios . I am very thankful & trying to change things for my self . All these successful people do give me motivation but inspiration is something different for me . But all these rules / ideas of successful people’s doesn’t help in day to day . Because i 100% sure - one may learn from his own or others failures but not from others successes. Reason : one can’t copy successes of others but one can definitely avoid copying others failures I wish if you can able to make vedios like :- “ Top 5 mistakes made by famous billionaire “ “ top 5 things to avoid before signing an agreement “ “ top top never do ......... “ top top don’t do .......... 🙏
