I don't understand the reaction when he mentioned that much of his family had not been west of the Mississippi. I haven't. I've only been in 2 states...but I did travel by air ( In an airliner) to get to each. Actually made that trip a few times. And the states are Illinois and Florida...east of the Miss. I am 62 years old and to say I don't get around much is an understatment. But, I'm cool with this. When you live in (South) Florida...the entire US and most countries come to us. Some won't leave. Hint. Hint.
