In this episode I show you Ross Wilson’s portrait of the young CS Lewis, together with Ross's own comments on that portrait in a letter to me. Then read, from Lewis's letters to Arthur Greeves, his own account of how he met Yeats! After that I read you an extract from Lewis's long poem Dymer in which he describes a magician who is clearly based on that earlier description of Yeats.
