LOVEBITES - Thunder Vengeance lyrics: Gods of vengeance Standing in the nightmare The peal of thunder broke me and more When losing my eye The days will pass before me A faded memory of what used to be Death by oblivion (Do it) Deadly criterion (Do it) Flames of despair burning My blood is boiling inside me Death by oblivion (Do it) Deadly criterion (Do it) Inner enraged demon is becoming me Here come days of revenge Until the day the light can reach into my blind eye Lost in the rage These scars are here to tell me that I’m still alive Into the blackness Don’t reveal weakness Hiding my curses, pay off an old grudge Forgotten feelings, other than resentment Don’t even mind giving others pain Damn the redemption (Do it) Drowning confusion (Do it) Doom filled with righteous indignation Where’s my salvation? Damn the redemption (Do it) Drowning confusion (Do it) Does my life have meaning? Am I a speck of dust? I’ve got blood on my hands I want to claw and tear you, rip apart your name Die in the sands Your sins will never be erased or washed away Beaten down but the hatred’s growing Rotten pain that is never healing Only I can end my suffering I won’t kneel down because of yesterday Gods of vengeance Standing in the nightmare The peal of thunder broke me and more When losing my eye The days will pass before me A faded memory of what used to be Death by oblivion (Do it) Deadly criterion (Do it) Flames of despair burning My blood is boiling inside me Death by oblivion (Do it) Deadly criterion (Do it) Inner enraged demon is becoming me Here come days of revenge Until the day the light can reach into my blind eye Lost in the rage These scars are here to tell me that I’m still alive Blood on my hands I want to claw and tear you, rip apart your name Die in the sands Your sins will never be erased or washed away

Wear headphones on both ears. Miyako is playing in your right ear Midori in your left.

yeah, no wonder why he is thinking about trying studio album. This live IS pretty much studio quality. Live was mixed by one of the best mixers in the world, but you need both ears to hear all the instruments.

Lol yeah I do the one ear thing for personal reasons. I still liked the song, I just wanted to hear the studio version to compare sometimes it's better and sometimes they are quite similar. Thanks for watching!🤘

@@jackcough4149 I find that the dreadful thing with some studio albums is this thing where every instrument, drum beat and vocal is moved to exactly where it should be to be perfectly in time. Then there also seems to be this thing where all the individual tracks to make up the song are mixed to be at the same volume. The result is a album devoid of all soul, harmonics and dynamism. A perfect example is Metal Resistance, by BabyMetal. I returned the CD to the shop and asked for another copy as I thought the one I had had become corrupted or something. I think Band Maid's latest CD, Unseen World, maybe the same but do not own it as yet but going on what I have heard, it it is not sounding good. Can you imagine if Dark side Of The Moon, was recorded in this fashion?

Yeah you're right there is some flaws in studio albums recording and mixing. Now when it comes to that I put no blame on the band, I put that on the producers and the mixing techs, as well as maybe the sound engineers. A good bit of the 80s metal bands had horrible mixes where they sound amazing live but the album was basically trash. Like some of the glam/hair metal bands from the 80s, the ones that really aren't around no more lol. Thanks for watching 🤘 And for the conversation.

Another great reaction Jack. I'm with you on listening to studio versions first. Studio version is pretty much the same, except you can hear more keyboards than the live version. In live versions, most bands will change certain parts of the song, which I don't like. Lovebites mainly stay the same as it was recorded. I was part of the 80's wave of metal and I've heard tons of bands and their production. Some were great and most were not. If you ever get a chance to listen to Lovebites "Electric Pentagram" CD, there is another thrash song they do called "Set The World on Fire" which you can hear a huge Testament/Slayer influence. The whole albums is great, playing all sorts of metal genres.

How true are you to bands you become a fan of? have you done any research of Lovebites? the colorful wolves symbolize The Wolfpack, and pay close attention to the pentagram it is not the devil, evil worshipping one which theirs is an upside-down pentagram, Lovebites is right-side up like the Star of David. There is a reason why these beautiful ladies in white are dressed in white as opposed to black and silver with studs piercings and tattoos, which represents darkness, bad and evil. They represent honor, glory, light, good, and righteousness, if you look up the lyrics to their songs it is all very positive and encouraging. Just thought you might want to know and throw it at you lol

I usually listen to bands I enjoy a lot. I still listen to Metallica and the rest of the big four very prominently. As well as other bands I've come to like like Otep, Korn and mushroomhead. I am starting to listen to lovebites more but I want people to see my journey with it so I only listen to songs I've already heard. I'd love to buy the albums and listen on my own but I think that'd ruin the experience for me.

Know what you mean about driving and listening to and getting lost in really good music. Next thing you know you are in another state wondering how you got there. Then you have to figure how to get back to Florida from Oregon. "Oh man! Gonna be so late for work."

Did I say it wasn't metal? Or did I say they weren't as fast as slayer and I stopped myself from comparing the bands because that's not fair to do? Lovebites is metal I'm not deaf (maybe from listening to a lot of blasted metal) I know their metal and I enjoy every minute of it.

Miyako, the guitarist with black hair on the rght is playing a Dean American Icon. She also playe a Dean ML like Dimebag Darrell as well as her Signature Dean Flying V. I think you will find that Lovebites' live perfmances are better than their studio recordings.

@@jackcough4149 According to a Japanese guitar website it is listed as a "DEAN V Select Flame Maple Floyd PG TRANS Red MYK-BS". Bit of a mouthful and I guess the 'MYK-BS' indicates that it her signature model.
