I love this song, this video is pretty great, so much can be read into the perspectives in and around the shopping cart ride...... You are a genius in how you keep your song lyrics ambiguous and unspecific (though not generic) so that every listener who finds your songs can pick them up, put them on, and make them theirs, grooving to the rhythms and singing with you every time their playlists are set to their soundtrack of life. . Ciao Jack, and family, I am an English lady currently living in Italy, I really connect to this song it reminds me of a love I had, Italian. I can also connect very well to the shopping trolley experience - many moons ago one Christmas I was a bit merry and was pushed all the way home in a trolley from Tower Hill, London over Tower bridge and then a bumpy ride all the way home where we finally left the trolley at our own supermarket not far down the road. In the morning, I was full of bruises but we have lived, no? ;) Anyway, I adore also - Better off without me/ Greatest mistake / The way you said goodbye & many more, your voice is incredible, your lyrics hit home and your talent needs to be recognised much more.
