That's probably due to several reasons; 1. her emotions are high and she's tired, so she is not going to react the same way as others when they are in a more neutral state 2. she found out differently than most wesen did in the show. They mentioned how wesen know when they meet a grimm from their eyes and how freaky and scary the experience is, if you know what I mean 3. She works the street, so her life is always in danger. She might be accustomed to the feeling of danger.

I am assuming this is probably one of the reasons why wesens fear Grimms as what Jack the Ripper copycat had done was counted as Grimm’s actions, in addition to Grimm’s ability to hunt down wesens, I don’t think wesens would doubt this is someone else’s work.

wesen\human relations always seem steeped in blood, more tilting towards the violence what with wesen having predator beings and humans are an easy prey animal. If you're into that kind of meat. Between the normal angst and ptsd fueling speciesm towards them, Grimm's were mentioned by the Aunt that death helped activate their abilities when growing up[I don't more than that, I just started watching the show.] So if a combination of loss of friends and/or family by a rampaging predator Wesen happens... that's a lot of fuel to build hate from. The wiki also mentions Grimm's are overpowered humans with many abilities making them hardier to kill, that would fuel things about the boogeyman legends of them I think?
