No matter what, he’ll always be a legend in my eyes

I love him, what a player, he has heart. The reason he gets injured so much in my eyes is because he shifts the ball past the tackling player so late - if you watch his dribbling, it's actually remarkable how well he times it, but it makes him prone to being crunched by defenders. He still has all the potential that he was hyped to have - you can see how he understands the game and reads the play in the video. Jack Wilshere forever

This video is heartbreaking 💔😥. All he wanted to do was to play for Arsenal. Will always be one of my favorite Arsenal players of all time. Super Jack Wilshere
Great video Wilshere is a pure Gunner plays football beautifully in the Arsenal way

Absolutely amazing, wow. It's funny, I've watched the Ramsey and Ozil videos and while there's way more footage, you can still see why Wilshere is thought of so highly. The injuries are a shame because this guy's waiting for the opportunity to explode into one of the worlds best. Great video!

Wilshere's urge to 'make things happen' often gets misguided with negative responses because he sometimes loses the ball in the process. But by god when he gets it right, he's an unreal player. Once he gets his decision making & positional awareness right, Arsenal fans will be licking their lips. Great comp once again.

My favourite Arsenal player. Players like Jack Wilshere are rare in the England team and they should really build the centre of midfield around him in my opinion. Really hope he consistently proves all the criticizers wrong next season.

I don't understand all the stick he gets from English football fans. Wilshere is a good young player that has a very bright future. He is aggressive, good on the ball, and a very good passer.

Jack > Henderson + Gerrard
@jamespowell57110 жыл бұрын
take the henderson and gerrard out and replace with Barkley and Jones, Gerrard is no DM and will never be a great one doesnt see runners left liverpool back line completely unprotected throughout the year whereas Jones can read that better and itsn't terrible on the ball (Gerrard is the better player just not for that) and the less said about henderson the better

Wow, what an amazing job you did here ! This video is truly remarkable. I have no doubts in the talent of Wilshere, but not do i in your talent to make videos ... Outstanding, for sure one of the best football videos i have seen. What's more, the music fits perfectly. Keep up the good work, looking forward for more videos of Arsenal ! :)

jack Wilshere is more creative than other Arsenal midfielders such as Santi Cazorla. I love his ambitions as I can criticize his eruption style to slow my team down sometimes.

WIlshere has to release the ball earlier, his style of play is extremely detrimental to his career, an injury prone player dribbling with quick acceleration to the heart of the opponents midfield is bound to result in some tough dangerous tackles. I don't see him being robust enough to ride the challenges like Yaya Toure, Ramsey,Barkley or even the Ox. He has to be less reliant on the dribbling and more on the quick incisive passing, like xavi,Pirlo, and Scholes
@Nyro88810 жыл бұрын
I don't think Wilshere is a Xavi, Pirlo, or Scholes type of player. I think his dribbling, movement, and passing resembles that of Iniesta, who was also a very injury-prone player earlier on in his career. I don't see Jack being a holding midfield, but more of a CM/AM with the qualities he possesses. I agree with you in that he needs to improve on his decision making, as well as hist shooting (particularly adding power to his shot). Hopefully this will come with age and experience.
@Ali-wt8sg10 жыл бұрын
Nyro888 I agree. I don't think his play style leads to injuries, it's his decision making like when he releases the ball. He can learn from Ozil how to avoid challenges.

So, it appears the word now is that Wilshere is having his position changed to the "Holding" (I use quotes for a reason) midfield that Arteta, and Song before him, held down with grace and steel in the last 3 years. This will surely require a change in his style of play. I, personally, think he is a good enough tackler and reader of the game to play this position at a high level. He showed that in 2010/11, as an 18 year old, he had more than what it took to dominate that area behind where Fabregas and Nasri primarily operated. It seems like this year's team will have a similar level of fluid, incisive midfield play in the final third, and will have a need for someone to operate much like Jack did in 10/11. Should Wenger choose to go this route instead of splashing the cash, I'm all for it. What do y'all think?

Hodgson commited the same error as so many England managers before him, he left out creative talent worrying about the worst case scenario. Hodgson stopped trusting Jack Wilshere in big games. I like Hodgson, and with Gerrard retiring I think he will give Wilshere the chance to run the midfield. I don't think he's a number ten. He's his own player, no other England player breaks into the kind of spaces he does with passing but mainly dribling and inventive touches. To worry about it being risky and leading to defeat was obviously wrong in hindsight because England didn't win a game.

Most overrated player in world football. Over runs the ball, Rarely lifts his head up to see a pass. no doubt he has some great moments but he doesn't have enough of them. Nowhere near Cesc level as everyone thought he would be. If arsenal could keep Diaby fit, This lad wouldn't get a look in whatsoever.
