Pubg is still the best BR game to this day. The gunplay, along with the TTK and the hardcore feeling it brings, makes it the best. It still makes your heart rate go up when you're in the final few circles

Fortnite teamplay is dumb, once boxed in youre all on your own against a hyper schoolboy who practices keyboard strokes in a build server all day.... shooting and teamplay is much more important in PUBG.

yup I still prefer pubg gameplay. COD warzone is too stressfull to me because of all the action to the point I don't have fun playing it anymore. pubg feels twice as good when getting a kill vs warzone it feels more personal. if only there is no cheater, pubg is still the best to play multiplayer online for me. pubg should make the rank the same as classic as well so the game will be longer a little bit.

The P90 actually is very strong. It is an airdrop weapon, and in CQC it drops enemies like no tomorrow. Of course it sucks at anything beyond 100 meters, but it is still fun trying. The foldable sight is neat.

I honestly hate the movement in games like this. They're always spazzing around crouch and standing, or side wobbling. I love the gunplay and hardcore aspects of it, but the movement is so scuffed sometimes. There should probably be a mechanic that makes them slow down from all that movement spamming like how BF4 limited sprints from bunny hoppers, or BF1 limiting sprinting for about a second after tbagging/crouch standing lol

The movement is great in pubg. Although I do wish they’d nerf the leaning so you can’t just spam right to left and shoot accurately. The wiggle shooting def ruins the gunplay a bit imo

They should make the movement like Ground Branch. Limited stamina, no bunny hopping. Just realistic movement. Go back to larger maps with more sparse rural areas and cities... making vehicles more of a necessity. Catering to toxic movement spamming sweaty pros/cheaters is what kinda killed the game for many.

Not a fan of them adding more traversal options. That was always a major point of PUBG. Strategically choosing your drops and your movements and avoiding bottlenecks and kill zones. Same problem with them bumping the loot up 2000%. It used to mean something when you finally had a fully decked out M4. Now you can practically expect to be final circle kitted from one warehouse That said though, it'll be cool to see the game updated for Unreal Engine and hopefully they really are putting as much effort into anti-cheat as they say. Those sound like good things but only time will tell

8:10 the top of your head peaks out first before your eyes, taking corners slow gets you eliminated pretty quickly in my experience.

Guy on the stairs with the AUG looks like he probably triple headshot you, he stole your L3 helmet and it was left on about 40% hp. L3 helmet has 230 durability - you take about 43 damage per headshot so it would make sense that 120 HP was gone from the helmet. I think that slow peek around the corner was your death there - you had a P90, you are better off swinging people with that or at least quick peeking using lean/move keys. You can also see your HP bar go down in 3 chunks very quickly, so defo a triple heady. Easy to do at that range with the aug. The TTK is pretty damn low if you hit your shots so close range combat is quick, but the thing about PUBG is that it's just way harder to hit your shots than other games like CoD. At around 13:00 you did indeed headshot the guy with the L3 helmet - or maybe neck shot. Yes there are neck shots in the game, they count as a headshot for armour purposes but do less damage, either way it's not a one shot. It's 88 damage to the player with a L2 helmet on a neck shot, but it looked like he had a 3 so it was probably a full heady. It's interesting seeing someone play who doesn't play the game often. I been watching Jack for ages and he's a decent player in lots of other games, but you can tell he's not played a lot of PUBG based on this video - it's a very rewarding game with the best shooting mechanics I've ever seen tbh, and I been playing games for a long long time. One more thing to note - at 16:30 you hit the hill because PUBG does the whole proper weapon mechanics thing. Your scope is mounted on top of the rifle so it's much higher than the barrel, you can zero scopes if you like or use the mil-dots on them, but bullets travel in an arc, so you have to make sure you are clearing the thing you are trying to shoot over, it's actually pretty cool because it means people can't "head glitch" in the game - if their muzzle is behind an obstacle but their head isn't they can't shoot you out of their "eyes" like in CoD or other games. One other tip - when crossing the open and getting sniped at, if you have no smokes you want to make your movement erratic - it will take a bit longer to cross but it means a player can't lead you with their shots. Usually run forwards, change direction and reverse every now and then - try to time it in between their sniper shots, you can get a feel for when they are going to shoot and change direction and it's really hard to hit someone moving like that. It's the reason DMRs are a lot better for tagging someone crossing in the open. Bolties are better for when you are in a peek battle with someone. Well worth getting your chops in - the difference between a new player and a seasoned player is pretty big.

The transition to Unreal Engine 5 hasn't really changed much; characters still move within the water, meaning there's some motion blur. Additionally, due to the high system requirements of Call of Duty, players who can't meet these demands are forced to play PUBG. I'm not sure if there are still players who play PUBG on PC, but it doesn't seem like this change will save PUBG. Perhaps PUBG could make some progress with Unreal Engine 25, but even then, its player base would likely remain between the ages of 15 and 20. I can say this with certainty: PUBG isn't making money; in my opinion, it's losing money.
