Jackfruit Payasam Recipe in Tamil | பலாப்பழ பாயசம்

In this video we will see how to make jackfruit payasam recipe in tamil. This is one of the traditional recipes in South India and is very popular in Kerala and the neighboring districts in Tamil Nadu. Whenever we cut a jackfruit, we eat the fresh fruit and after we have had our fill we will use the remaining fruit to make this delicious payasam and enjoy the flavor once more. Just making this recipe takes me back to my childhood days.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup tapioca pears (javvarisi)
2 cup Water
1/2 kg jackfruit (25 pc)
1 cup jaggery
1 cup Water
2 cup Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Ghee
cashews+ Raisins+ coconut pieces
