I feel that City of LV does a better job with community infrastructure. Developed sidewalks, better cycling trails, better flowing roads, underground light utilities etc... Clark County is predominantly in charge of the Southwest and some things are lacking like finished sidewalks, bicycle lanes, lack of continuity in parcels which leads to Swiss cheese developments - you'll see gas station... dirt lot... storage... homes.... dirt lot.... dirt lot.

Hi Jack, i know the new builders used to pay the buyers agents. I was wondering if they're still doing that since the new law where buyers have to have a contract with an agent?

Nothing has changed, builders are still offering commissions to buyers agents
