Jackie has the experience she needs to deal with the snow. Remember last year? She is strong. That is what I love about her. Shadow will be her backup when she calls for him. He is an awesome mate and dad and will step up to any challenge. These two are a perfect example of what commitment is.

She will sit and not move till the storm lets up. If only humans with more intelligence, could have that instinct to protect their babies in that fashion. But today's families are (the majority) across this nation and other countries, not unity, and real love among the masses.

It’s funny because I don’t think people read the comments or they just ignore them. This is natural at its finest. If these eagles couldn’t handle the extreme weather conditions, they wouldn’t nest here. Thanks for the so often missed insight rather then “human emotions “
