Have been listening to this non-stop since it arrived yesterday. Buy the album folks!

Hehehe! I was watching a guy's review of green inks and next minute, I was buying a folk album. I'm hopeless!

really a wonderful gift. These two artists know their 'source material'. Wonderfully presented, genuine open faces. Nothing held back. The words are a wonderful 'wash' of whimsey and mystery, that leave us to marvel at the content of our own native language. Infectious music and tempi. Please...press on!

Nicely done, lovely to see you playing together and to hear the Straw Bear tune again, and that 5 string fiddle sounds wonderful!

I love the CD, and it's great to be able to see you in one of my favourite tracks. I especially like the "bridge passage" which is so subtle.

Brilliant - cleverly done Mr Spiers. Lovely tune - lovely town - pity the Beartown Brewery's only delivering within 6 miles ;-)

That was marvellous... I already have the album but now I want to buy it again! Such a cleverly synced video too. Though I am now worried that Jackie is actually a very clever android... I spotted the wire under her dress!

Congleton Bear, such an earworm. Been trying to learn it from the CD . Sadly not got much of an ear.

Wonderful. The key & clue I think is that Jackie has a ear-piece in so she can keep time with the master track that John laid down before they later sewed the independently recorded videos together. The last bit I don't know how to do but I'm guessing a Mac was involved!

Love it. I was really looking forward to seeing you at Devoran Hall in Cornwall next week. This is really appreciated.

Is the technology there for a virtual gig that people could pay for?

Not in real time where the musicians are playing together I'm afraid, there's always some lag over the internet which makes playing in time pretty much impossible ... we did this one at a time using video trickery.

Blast. There goes my resolution not to spend any more money this week. This worked a treat. Just out of interest, |Who laid down the master track?

What lovely music! I was also wondering what app or program you used to record yourselves without a lag time?
@squeezyjohn14 жыл бұрын
No app or program ... we're witches!

How can you play together via a video call? We always experience a delay.... Or did you record this separately? I would love to know! Thanks for the music!!

Lovely. We know the melody as a Welsh tune Sesiwn yng Nghymru (Welsh Session) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/p5iYlWiQYtJqnrM ;-)
