This footage has me enthralled. Is there any way to add the temperature? When they weathered the winter storm with high winds and snow, Jackie just hunkered down and rode out the storm. Thank you for opening the world to view these magnificent creatures.

J&S are so comical. Their behaviors are the best. Each Eagle entices each other with twigs and sticks in order to sit on the eggies. I love Jackie, Shadow and the Eaglet eggs.

I get a kick out of Shadow while he lays on the nest daydreaming of teaching his little eaglets how to fly and hunt, Jackie suddenly and quietly lands beside him. I swear his feathers almost fell off him as she startled him so much. Seen that a couple of times now. 🤣😊❤️🇨🇦

Eagles, including the bald eagle, can indeed fly above storms. When tempests brew, these birds of prey embrace the turbulence rather than seeking shelter.

@sandramyer7081 Even in moderate winds, eagles can maneuver through storms using flapping flight. Their powerful wings and muscles allow them to maintain control and stability during strong winds.

@sterlingmadsen8900 Thank you for your question. Jackie and Shadow are very similar. Jackie is a little larger. She is 3 feet tall, whereas Shadow is 2 and a half feet tall. Females also have a larger beak.
