I love intermittent fasting and have been eating mostly OMAD since June 2020. Even though OMAD is my standard, I love being flexible in my schedule and will at times have variations to keep things interesting. I have lost weight, got into a healthy weight range for my height and maintained the weight loss for over 3 years! I love to share the flexibility and peace offered through intermittent fasting.

You looked just gorgeous in all the different styles that were recommended. Everything really complimented you well. The only comment I have is on outfit #1 where your paired the square-neck top with white wide leg pants. The outfit itself looked great on you. I just thought the color of the top was too washed out (that blue top). I would've picked a little brighter, bolder top to bring out your beautiful blue eyes. Other than that, I agreed with every outfit. How fun is that. You've been doing a lot of fun stuff.

If I ever get rid of my pear shape, this looks like something I would try. I'm not that overweight, but my weight is around my waistline. That's why I'm trying intermittent fasting again, to see if it will help. I'm in the same boat - I don't always know what clothes look best on me either. And if I have a function to go to, I'm in panic mode trying to find something in my closet or at the store, last minute, that will work for me. Altho, every time my girlfriend shops with me, she always picks out great clothes for me, and I get a ton of compliments. (Ya think I'd have learned something by now. LOL).
