From one woodworker to another, well done sir... I just did a 300 coaster order ,first time doing coasters where I work. They were made of Mahogany, and nothing as complicated as your work. Which incidently, much respect, yours are just beautiful ,really... And hey,you gave me insight on the rounding process you use as an improvement on how I need to do it the next time. I built a rig to spin them on a 12 inch vertical sander, how you do it is very sensible and inspirational. Thanks for sharing, and showing the knowledge, people don't realize the level of dedication and shear work to do woodworking like this.

Gotta love the exposure that gives. Anyhow... I love this video. I picked up on new things that are little tricks I'd love to start using. I really like the coaster sanding jig that you made, that also allowed you to do the branding consistently.

Love it man! I was hoping that in the end you'd sit down with your drink and just set it down on the bench without a coaster. lol.
