It's Treach from Naughty By Nature's brother he was in a group called the Rotton Rasckals. All those and Zhane were part of the Flava Unit run by Queen Latifah. Zhane was the only R&B to feature on the Flava Unit album. The track was produced by Kay Gee from Naughty by Nature. They are very much from the East Coast.
