I mean not sure if Kitboga is on the same level. Jim exposes the scammers, warns victims and tries to help them, gets information to law enforcement (even though the police in India is complicit...). Kitboga steals like half an hour of their time, maybe they get a big angry and they will just go back to trying to scam the next person.

My point wasn't to try to rank all the people scam baiting... just pointing out that we have a small army of people that are making the scammers lives miserable. They all do their own part in wasting their time, stealing their files and getting law enforcement to take action against them. I see it as a team effort.

I love Jim. Where I'm from these scams are not common, but one, during the COVID lockdowns, I witnessed my wife, working on her Mac, getting a call from Steve, from Microsoft. We just laughed our asses off and I thought of Jim.

I've listened to Jim with my elderly landlady, he's hilarious and my landlady can follow what he's saying. Thank you Jim! Thank you too Jack, my morning got a lot better today. 1:03:59 My landlady was like that, it took a lot to convince her she was getting scammed, finally I got he to listen to me talk to the scammer and when she heard how rude and unproffessional she was it was the ladt straw. Thankfully she listens to me now when scammers reach out to her. She also really enjoyed listening to Jim, much appreciated!

Jim is the best! The kind of guy who makes us all wish we had his skills to to help give these scammers some form of payback and be a legit hero to many people. A few years back my mother sent me a text asking what I thought about a phone call she had received from from some "lawyer" or something. They were extremely rude and kept telling her she would be arrested. I told her it was certainly a scam and sent her a link to one of Jim's videos so she would have an idea of some of the kinda if things they will say. She was hooked, and literally binge watched a bunch of his videos and kept sending me links for like the next 2 weeks! She still watches his stuff and I have heard a few times how great he is as if I didn't turn her on to him 😂 All this just to say again: Jim Browning = literal hero and the fact that he actually exists makes him better than any avenger or justice league! THANK YOU JIM FOR ALL YOU DO! And send your older loved ones links to his videos as knowledge of these scams is the best deterrent. And who knows, you might just create another Jim Browning superfan! 😂

There's a reason these scammers use suspicious methods like automated voices, spelling mistakes in messages and often contain at least 1 red flag. It's because if someone is smart or aware enough to notice the text to voice speech, spelling errors or blatant techno jargon, they won't fall for your scam. By making obvious mistakes you stop people who won't fall for your scam ever calling you back.

Jack, there is a reason the voicemail sounds bad. It's the first filter that the scammers use in order to get to the victim. If the person on the other end of the line is willing to believe that voicemail their willing to believe anything.

I love this! Much praise for Jim. Now if only we could get public safety officials to prosecute. My mother-in-law was victim to the over-payment scenario. She sent 7500 in gift cards to scammers that they had "deposited" in to her account. Turns out they simply transferred the money from her line of credit.
