Put the ranch on the bolt or whatever ur using an hit it with a hammer a couple of times to loose the bolt

I have a CT200U. Not the EX version. What are the pros and cons of deleting the jacksaft? Will I gain speed and lose torque? I would like to still have off road capability.

A pro is you go faster and quicker a con is the chain can pop off and wear down quicker

Maybe get a torque converter and replacing it with a green spring

If you did this your off road capability would be zero. Especially if there are hills to climb.

Does anyone else have alignment issues? When I removed my jackshaft my clutch was way misaligned from the rear sprocket how do I fix this?

Flip the Clutch around so that the teeth of the clutch is faceing the engine and the flat part is facing the outter left.

My friends accelerates pretty slow but gets up to 40ish (stock Coleman) I have a predator 212 stock with governor bybassed and pushing 30

Find a youtube video. Type in "clutch ratio" and that will help. It all depends on how many teeth you have on the clutch and the rear wheel sprocket. You have to chose what you want. Less teeth = smaller = faster =less torque. More torque = less speed.

Got my RB200 up to 54 with delete and 60 tooth sprocket. Luckily I was going real slow when I turned into the driveway and chain popped off. Gonna have to use a chain tensioner now, it's too hard to get the shizz lined up perfectly without one.

Did u remove the Jack shaft ...you could Use two 10 tooth ⚙️ Gears On Jack Shaft Rear."So Basically Removing off the 20 Gear and Adding another 10 . Or just Delete But it will Lower Your Torque Take off but will still exceed At least 45Mph easy ..

Off topic question, but I fell riding my ct200u doing a quick turn on some wet grass.. pretty hard fall.. bike turned off and now the pull start won’t turn. Removed the pull start to check it out and the ps assembly is fine.. is the actual piece on the motor that wont .. moves a little then stuck! Anyone have any idea what this may be??? Trying to avoid taking apart the whole engine to try and fix! TIA

It prolly got oil in the cylinder, remove the spark plug and pull the starter
