Yo bro! That was absolutely smoking. It must feel so good to rip like that. I am obviously not practicing near enough. Thanks again for the examples and thanks for reminding to put a lot more time in. Very humbling:) Aloha

It does feel good to blast off. But I have to look at a few options and consider what’s up. It’s not one and done…there’s lots of experimenting and exploring

@@jacksnax4guitar460 good morning…….It’s hard to imagine my brain making choices at that speed. I’m always left feeling like it’s done mostly by muscle memory, but I’m pretty sure that’s not the case. I’m sure playing live music with others in front of people is also very crucial At any rate. Muchos gracias

Very nice. Have you heard the Samson from Dicks picks 18? I don’t see how there could be a better version, it’s so smoking. That’s the one I use for inspiration when I play this

Yes. It’s a great example of the Dead being resilient. Seems like they had some technical issues and decided to jam while it got figured out. Gave them a little kick in the ass. That said there have always been elements of the song and the playing on it that I find a little irksome. When I play it I tend to keep it a little tighter, more aggressive and brief…just my preference. But yes that’s fun one to listen to. Thanks for checking this out and I hope to have the whole lesson up soon.

Dude that was better then Mayer, trey, and all the allman brothers combined. That way jerry on his best nights. By far the best cover iv ever herd. And I’m not even the biggest fan of S & D…
