Got me a large one last month. It’s a monster of a boat, but great for a big feller like me. I’m getting used to the edges. I started in a nomad last year, so a little different for me but I’m definitely enjoying it!

I have only tried this on the Olympic course at Lee Valley in the uk. It was stable and forgiving but boring. Very comfortable though...

I have 4 Jackson Boats, Traverse, Zen 2, Nirvana, and Antix 2.0. IMO the hips pads are a liability when strapped on top of a car or on the back of a truck if the wind gets inside the cock pit it could rip your hip pad right off. I've had it happen. The velcro part that attaches closes in on the hip pads is fine, but velcroing the back of the entire hip pad to the boat is not ok. It should be strapped in some way like you said.

Dude for sure I think it’s a easy fix for Jackson just add little strap off the pads and go around the seat towers I actually tape mine down In my Antix and Nirvana they would flapping all over the place just like to you said
