Jackson X Series Signature David Ellefson 30th Anniversary Bass Truss rod cover issue

Be aware I have two jackson basses seen in my videos. The blue one and the black one I used in Death Illuminate set up and tuned to D standard. For some reason the blue one uses three screws in the truss rod and the black one, like the ellefson bass in this video uses one screw.
