These more satirical videos are my favorite! Please keep them coming Dr. Crawford.

That's a beautiful place. I laughed at your poem because I have been burnt on my face by my buddy's hot brass.

I'm so distracted (in a good way) by that scenery, that all I can think about when seeing it is that I want to put up my tent there (or sleep under the open sky). I spent so many years in the U.S., yet I missed these beautiful parts (Colorado, Wyoming, Montana). I appreciate "learrning" what I see of this.

It's always lovely to see a little bit of snow sprinkled on grass.

This is for you. Dr. Crawford (unrelated to this video). While I'm sure you are aware of it to some degree or another, you may possibly still find it to be an interesting example: At 1:16 in this video I'm referring to here below, you will hear what I believe is the only dialect of Swedish that is so different from modern forms of Swedish that linguists classify it as a separate language. In Swedish, it's called "Älvdalska". Indeed, a typical Swede will only be able to understand individual words of it when spoken (if they even understand anything). I picked this particular sentence because when you hear it, and see the English text, you will see how relatively close it is to English. (For other eyes than yours), that's because Old Norse was relatively close to Old English, and Älvdalska has been RELATIVELY preserved in its isolated valley since the days of Old Norse: kzbin.info/www/bejne/o6S5i5VmfL9pjKM

Getting burned by hot brass is basically a rite of passage, which probably sounds a lot worse than it actually is. It’s usually more funny than painful. Great stuff. Love it! 👍

On a frail web we learn, by the frail web fall. Where wisdom exist, so does darkness. KZbin, a fickle place to the wise man, yet an ignorant person finds strength. 😊How did I do Doc?
