@@jcece5270 I have to agree. This is just another level. We had some fun with the Fitz Magic year but he was going to make a mistake. Before him, we had a good (albiet short run due to a shoulder injury) with Pennington. Favre was fun before he got hurt. One good year with Vinny. TBH, it's mostly been a sh!t show at the QB position with us.

It was awesome to see him give GW that touchdown pass. The play or 2 before you could tell GW was upset with himself for not scoring and getting brought down right before the goal line so it seemed like Rodger’s wanted to give him another chance

It worked out. I still think it was a forcefeed. CB jumped the route and JUST missed the pick6.

@@pbcrisp4373 True, but Wilson has shown to be able to make those freak catches. Rodgers is learning to trust him, we've seen the kind of insane catches he made last season with Zach Wilson and his stupid decisions. Wilson's probably trying to brush off the trauma of being thrown to by Zach lol

The offense plays more like... Ironically, the Patriots. It can do chunk plays if it needs to do it, but Jets is doing what Brady did with the Patriots, they're picking you apart by constantly dinking and dunking down the field mixed in with some run plays. The offense is running like a well oiled machine because Rodgers knows exactly what needs to be done. He still has a cannon arm, he still can read defenses presnap, and now he has an o-line that doesn't get him killed. I don't think they're going for massive yard plays like newer teams are - this Jets offense is a balanced mixed to the "good old" days of football. Just watching Rodgers tear this Patriots D apart was a thing of beauty.

Garret Wilson wasnt set on that deep throw. Its why the pass was a hair long and a flag was thrown for illegal formation anyway. Their only issue is a bit of miscommunication, which should get better each week

@jordanheckler2674Ай бұрын
The Jets should have done a lot better really. My last comment was accurate again about the Jets playing much better and gelling together and the defense stepping up, Rodgers played much more like classic Rodgers and the defense held the Patriots to under 10 points. For next week vs the Broncos, its hard to say because they are obviously rebuilding with a rookie QB and figuring everything out but I think it will be very similar to this week, maybe a little less impressive of a performance because the Broncos have nothing to lose and they will put it all on the line, which makes them unpredictable. The Jets will also probably be keeping their cards close with playcalling and schemes keeping them secrets for their tougher opponents so I think the score will be closer to 26-14 as the Jets keep up the momentum, their defense will be very good and the Broncos will have some luck and the Jets will let up a couple scores as Garrett Wilson keeps screwing up.

I just don’t understand with you people, when Aaron Rodgers has a good game and he throws a 12 yard dart you got a preference it by saying it’s not super high difficult…. Are you saying the same thing when Patrick Mahomes plays the same way? Because if you’re not then don’t do it with Rogers and it’s not just you it’s the media at large….. I’m gonna go back and watch your breakdown other quarterbacks and I want to see if you dissect a simple in completion pass or is it just Aaron Rodgers that you dissect everything..edit… I watched your Baker Mayfield video, the only bad thing you said about him is when he threw that interception…. U didn’t talk about any normal incompletions. You didn’t talk about any except the interception…. Come on, brother let’s just be fair! I’m not saying Aaron had a perfect game, he had a great game! But it wasn’t perfect, no quarterback is perfect and no quarterback makes every single throw in the game! Like I said, the only bad player you said about Baker Mayfield was that interception you didn’t show him missing any throws outside of that!
