We lived in that development across the street from the Al Hambra dinner theater. At the time (1985) all the 6ths graders in Jacksonville went to one building for the 6th grade, RL Brown Middle School so imagine my shock seeing how poor that neighborhood was right around RL Brown.

JACKSONVILLE and Jacksonville Beach are 2 different cities with 2 different mayor's etc get it right
@YashaWells3 ай бұрын
Hi there! Thanks for pointing that out. You're absolutely right-Jacksonville and Jacksonville Beach are separate cities with their mayors and local governments. I would still consider Jacksonville Beach apart of JACKSONVILLE.

This is a black lady. There will be more places for her to live. Duval is mostly 70 blacks. Most whites live out of the city. Atlanta GA and Jacksonville are great places of people of Color. I lived there all my life.

I agree that 💯 right. She can say Bla bla,
@donniesmith5127 ай бұрын
This lady should speak the truth. She is trying to make a quick $ from KZbin. All these places are outside of Jacksonville. If you fly to Jacksonville, Florida, you will drive far into the places she is talking about. The Beaches St John's Flamingo Island. She should not mention Jacksonville. It would be like me talking about Miami Florida, and I talk about Homestead, Fort Lauderdale. They touch Miami, but they are not part of Miami. If you travel to Bangkok Thailand 🇹🇭 you can't say good places to live in Bangkok and say Pattaya is a great place in Bangkok. It's not part of Bangkok.

Thank you for bringing up your concerns, and I appreciate your perspective. My intention is to highlight areas that, while technically outside Jacksonville, are often considered by many looking to move or invest in the region due to their proximity and the lifestyle they offer. I understand the importance of being precise about locations and how they are presented, especially to those unfamiliar with the area. I'll take your feedback to heart and aim to be more specific in future content about the geographical details of the places I mention. My goal is to provide helpful, accurate information to assist people in making informed decisions. If you have any suggestions or areas in Jacksonville you'd like to see featured, please let me know. Your input is invaluable to me, and I'm here to create content that best serves our community's needs. Thank you for being a part of the conversation.

Anybody who would like to move to Jacksonville and make it 🏡 . It would do you good to drive around the Duval area Day and Night. What's so crazy is that they have this big mega church downtown. First Baptist church. And let's not forget the football stadium. You will 👀 whites. 🚗 around when these events are not going on.

She is redlining many areas of Jax. This is illegal. She needs to be reported to the division of real estate. Basically what she is saying is, If Jax was a clock, do not consider any areas between 6 and 2.
