Seems like a friendly guy? So friendly he's driving around with no license, at night, with a guy in body armor, with a gun n extended magazine, in the front seat n making illegal turns in front of police. Real friendly n real smart. So friendly he drove all these ppl (police, passengers and by-standers) right into the middle of a gun fight cuz there's no way he didn't know his front passenger was an "on-sight banger" - he also apparently knows police will bang on sight. So making illegal turns or actions as the driver, knowing he had nothing to keep police from being suspicious (like a simple valid ID) was a purposeful act to start a gun fight in my opinion

Why he put the driver in the back of his car right away and pulled the guy out when he refused to answer questions. I think they were using their words a little too loosely and you're taking it too seriously. A sentence before they literally said "I think the driver did everything right and this was a great interaction". What they're saying is this: usually the rule that's told everyone is to keep both hands up on the wheel, as a convenient place [for the officer] where they can always be seen. That's *normal.* What *isn't normal* is sticking your hands straight out. That's _weird._ Weird things naturally raise suspicions. It's kinda like when a stranger seems to be overly friendly to you, is it because they're trying to scam you or suddenly turn into a mugger or pickpocket? Maybe! I don't think they're trying to say "don't stick your hands out like that, you're just asking to be shot". But what they are saying is probably what's in the back of all our minds: does this guy just know his friend in the passenger seat is something of a flake and he hates cops and maaaaan does he just want this interaction over with as soon as possible? (Yeah, that's *_exactly_* what's going on.) Is that also because there's something illegal going on? Yeah, that's pretty likely, too.

I think more and more cops will see citizens be less agreeable even though they are innocent. In return, cops will start using harsher tactics to let out their frustration about innocent citizens behaving the same way criminals behave when they have something to hide. That’s my prediction. Cops already have very little inherent sense to know who is or isn’t suspicious and/or guilty of something, so innocent people like me probably appear to be unnecessarily muddying up their workday. I don’t know what the solution is, but one thing is for sure - people who are defiant towards cops have probably seen or had experience with cops abusing their power, so this is just the natural reaction that follows. And the more the cops use their power liberally to detain and/or arrest innocent people just to teach them a lesson (knowing they haven’t committed a crime, but wanting to inconvenience them as much as possible), the more citizens will push back further, and some citizens will turn felonious when they decide to teach a cop a lessen that he won’t soon get out of his head.

It’s sad to see all the replies on this, and people saying exercising your rights makes you a sovereign citizen, no it’s the LAW. But people on here are like no you have to incriminate yourself if the cops ask you to, welcome to the new America, where boot licking snowflakes wouldn’t stand up for their rights if their lives depended on it. Jeez I feel sorry for future generations, the last couple generations have just let cops and judges and politicians just steam roll over our rights. Cops give someone a ticket for some stupid bull$hit “law” that has no victim and people just smile and say thanks, my kid needs braces but thank god you were here to give me a ticket for not putting my turn signal on 200ft before a turn, or a broken taillight, or no tag light. @@whatsomeonesaidwastaken9216 no their is no excuse, the whole point of law enforcement is knowing the LAW, but they do stuff and violate peoples rights or make a point to give them a hard time when they flex rights. I’m not talking about pew pew guy, throw him in jail and throw away the key. I’m talking about the comments where people say the driver should have told the cops everything and possibly incriminate himself in the process (at least that’s how I understood the comments) that guy was not shy about shooting at cops, yet they want the driver to be like, “ ok, there is a fat sack of weed in the car, that guy in the back has an armor carrier and a gun”. If that guy is willing to try and kill a cop, the driver and his family are sure to be on his list, as revenge when he gets out, or if he knows others still on the street. The driver was cool, ok please put me in the cop car, that’s fine. He didn’t want to be part of anything that happened next, or even be considered to be part of it. He just wanted to stay out of it, cops violate peoples constitutional rights all the time, ALL THE TIME. Then they go to court say Oopsies, I didn’t know the law that’s over 230 years old, my bad, then they say okey-dokey, qualified immunity. Yet the courts tell us peasants, ignorance of the law is no excuse, before throwing us in a cage. It’s absolute nonsense, and it is the cops who bend the law to get an arrest and force them to go in front of a judge, all so the guy knows who’s in charge and can say whatever they want and the cops word is always taken over anything else. For instance the cop who pulled over the guy for not using his turn signal, they rip him out of the car, the cop pulls the guys shorts down and tasers his balls. There was actual footage showing unless the cop had x ray vision there was absolutely positively no way he could have seen the violation because a whole building was blocking his view. They still took the cops word over 100% proof evidence he was a Fing liar. They use other peoples crimes against everyone, well you can’t do this because a guy 10 years ago did this. So they are treating us like we are guilty because of others in the past, so I do the same thing to cops. Well he might be a good cop but based off of the thousands and thousands of videos from all over the country I’m judging the cop based off of his fellow officers actions, just like they do to us. Yeah not trying to argue with you I’m just saying, saying a cop is just doing his job is not accurate at all, if he doesn’t know the law then look it up, but 9/10 they don’t because why not I’ve got qualified immunity. I know it’s a cliché but that’s exactly what the nazis said who flipped a switch and gassed thousands of Jews, yet when they were on trial, it was not a good enough excuse. Of course unless it’s the sovereign citizens known as cops, then it’s okey-dokey. Sorry for the rant, lmao, it’s just amazing what cops do to people and treat people who try using their rights. Then the cops bully and intimidate people, into just submitting to their questions and stuff and how dare you use your rights, “you wanna play that game” no my rights are not a game, they are my RIGHTS. Then all the bootlickers come out and drop to their knees Condoning their actions while giving them a tug, a grope, and a pinkie in the butt, yes masters, yes masters I’ll do whatever you say 🍆 💦👅😗😗😗
