Land Rover LT230 Transfer Case Overhaul Assembly Part One

In this series we are overhauling a Land Rover LT230T center locking diff transfer case to install in my buddy Scott's 2003 Discovery 2. This video is part one of the assembly process including the set up of the center differential carrier bearings. Ill show you the process for shimming the carrier bearings and assembly of the differential and high and low range gears. Ill show you some important upgrades to the LT230 using parts from Ashcroft Transmissions.
