Denise did her first interview EVER last year and I was happy for her. She has held her peace for 40 years and she’s now able to tell her truth and get it off her spirit. They movie was accurate. Everything Denise about what happened was shown in the movie, of course with details left out. She left the group because she was advised to have an abortion when she was pregnant with her 3 child I believe and she refused. And as you can see in the movie they cut her off because they felt she didn’t want to live “right” . That’s why I don’t get into debates. Only they know what truly transpired between them. We need to mind our business and pray for them seriously

Frederick Dantzler Certain things she said in her interview about how no one from the movie reached out to her and excluded her and the producers posted evidence they had been in contact and she declined. Also, her son Larry has mentioned that his attempts to have a relationship with her and for her to interact with her grandchildren have been ignored by Denise. Also, she said things that were proven incorrect with video or picture evidence. There was a video on here when Denise was doing her interviews with Larry that showed the contradictions. That being said, truth has three sides and the way one person remembers an incident usually falls somewhere in the midst of the different viewpoints.

I truly love all five Sisters as a group. I understand that when people ask for their space then give it to them until they're ready. I just recently became a fan after watching the movie for over 20 times. I think I've internalized somethings because I could relate to certain scenes because I'm just very empathetic. Watching the impact of the loss of Dr Clark cut me deep because it reminded me of the loss of my own dad in 2006. The movie showed how her death impacted each sister individually. You need to listen to Denise story. It's not about it's her or them. There is much history here between all of them and Denise (excluding Twinkie). Jacky according to Denise tried to take control over their Mother estate when MMC listed all of her children as beneficiaries. There was a split then with Denise and Twinkie and the rest of the Sisters. Now Jacky did the same thing to try to take control over Twinkie affairs. What started this was when Denise wanted to see Twinkie because she was sick and Twinkie asked for her only to have the cops called on her by her own nephew (Jacky son) and her own son. When Denise came out publicly with this, this is where you see the Clark Sisters addressing Denise more. Not because they want to, they would have done it years ago. However they know if they don't clean it up she will probably make them and their brand look bad. Like Jacky said they don't want their image tarnished. They haven't really spoken to Denise in years obviously due to unresolved issues. Lets just pray for the family. For the record, Denise has said the family never really allowed for Kierra and them to get close to her and was not contacted about the movie for her input. Which by the way the movie is BORING WITHOUT THE DENISE AND TWINKIE PARTS!!!

The way the snippet of this clip was taken makes it look as though she is dancing around the question, and that she was being disingenuous in her response to the question. When you look at the entire video here which was 42 minutes long you can tell that she is in fact greeting her chat and she is answering questions from her chat feed with her fans. Her daughter Angel takes it upon herself to ask her questions while she is answering questions from her fans. So prior to the clip and during the clip she is answering questions from the both of them. At around the 39 minute and 30 second mark she sees a question in which someone asks something about her sister Denise. She tries to locate the question herself so she find it and answer it directly, but then her daughter steps in to help her. Prior to the question being asked she was talking in a higher tone of voice, but when it came time to address the question she had a more somber thoughtful demeanor and approach. Which I think it is a good thing that she didn't address such a sensitive topic with enthusiasm. With a personal family issue you would want to respond in a thoughtful, considerate manner and a balanced tone of voice because of the nature of the issue. If you just go by this little snippet it makes it seem as though she danced around the question by greeting the chat when that's what she was doing all along before she answered the previous question which came from the chat feed. Also Angel her daughter was just asking random questions she wanted answered. Personally I think Angel should stop doing that. Lol pick one format for questioning and answers and stick with it, the back and forth between Angel and Instagram was too much. It gives the impression that she's ignoring angel when she wants to look for questions from her fans only. She even stated that her children are not close to her sister despite them being very close and one of them even stays with Twinkie and is extremely close to Kierra. I believe she acted out of suppressed anger after going over stories for the movies because there is plenty of evidence that she communicated and visited them through the years despite her saying she hasnt seen them since her mothers funeral. Whatever the case may be, I just want them to privately work on their family issues. They have that right just like the rest of us. People think they know the issues with the sisters and they know it's nothing more that they can do if Denise doesnt want to be back in contact or in the group so why keep asking? She did make statements that were both substantiated and contradicted, to some extent. She, herself, said that she does not wish to reunite at this point so I believe Miss Jacky was speaking truthfully. I pray that they find a way to reconcile and begin the mending process. This family is too anointed! Human, but anointed, and I would love to hear all five of them sing together again while they can. We are all on borrowed time!

Let's be real though: there is some trauma that existed that no one wants to acknowledge. Usually when someone has experienced trauma in their life is not going to come around people they don't feel safe around. If she doesn't feel safe around the family its because the rejection began with the family when she tried to express what she experienced in her life. That's usually just as bad as the trauma she experienced itself. I'm sorry, but at some point we have to stop dismissing the hurt of others just because we want everything to be "positive." If people are speaking bad of the family its because the family is not owning its mess. We can't talk about getting rid of generational curses but not face them head on. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. Its your sister. She's hurting. She doesn't want to be around you because you're part of the hurt. That needs to be acknowledged.
