Which I feel is wonderful because it shows no judgement for just saying I can't work today because I need a day to do whatever. It is impossible to live a 100% moral life where our money always goes to moral people. It isn't about living in a dream world. To never have your money go to bad people, you'd basically have to live off the grid. But most people can't afford to do that, yet it is still their choice to try to not support brands they don't align with. People take action where they are able to. Also, its not like Jaclyn has been good at managing her businesses either, so I'm not sure what point you're making by just calling it business. If you are a face of a brand, whether a major brand ambassador, CEO, owner, etc, your actions can and will absolutely affect the image, and consequently sales of a brand, because that's business.

Being a living person means you will be learning your entire life. No one is ever old enough to know all and to have it figured out. There is no timeline for learning. Learning is a beautiful thing too. You can mess up at 15 and at 30 and still learn. We cannot just close that door for people that WANT to learn and become better, at any stage of life. The problem with JS and Jaclyn is that they do not want to learn. Once they show they don't care, and they have done that multiple times, it's over. You cannot ever learn and grow if you do not want to or if you do not care. These people are almost pitiful. They suck so much.

Jaclyn can't apologize or make a statement because ANYTHING she says apologizing would be an admission of GUILT LEGALLY. Anything she says about the girl having the name first would be an acknowledgement that the other girl was using it first. Legally if that girl took Jaclyn to court she would win with the History she has of using the name from all her digital library posted online & social media records. My brother is an Attorney, he said the problem is she would be required to Trade Mark the name with fees & all those legal fees from suing to get the option to trade mark. Which she couldn't afford to begin with. Cancel culture & Boycotting are TWO VERY DIFFERENT THINGS! Cancel Culture is a form of Political Activism stemming directly from Socialism/Communism. This was Done in the Soviet Union to pressure 'Group Think' ideology and suppress free speech. Boycotting has demands that can be met and corporations & individuals can negotiate, meet, or APOLOGIZE and Redemption is attained. Cancel Culture has been described as accountability by its proponents, but that is not a fair assessment of this phenomenon. If Cancel Culture implied accountability, then there would be an avenue for redemption. When the mob controls justice, there is no means by which you can regain their respect. The urge to hold powerful people accountable and the process of allowing people to change and grow from their mistakes. The question which results from these tensions is whether they can be resolved, or whether the demand for ideological purity will force advocates of cancel culture into judging even the smallest of mistakes. The origin of cancel culture with the #MeToo movement was intended to hold powerful people accountable, however social media and ideological purity has changed cancel culture over time. With the increasing partisanship across the nation, it is not likely that proponents of cancel culture will become more accepting. It's likely it will end free speech & freedom of Expression. The EXACT reason it was implemented.
