I was at a CRPS disability support group meeting in Manchester 🇬🇧 yesterday. I went in the Arndale shooing centre and saw a Morphe store for the first time in my life ( not many in the 🇬🇧) I’ve only been watching beauty channels since last June and it was amazing to go in. Omg! I ordered my Jaclyn Hill Volume II palette with your code! But here’s where it gets weird... I was stalking my order and the mailman, waiting by the mailbox for 30 minutes so I could get the palette immediately! When my mailman handed me the box, it was OPEN and very very light! My fiancé said to take pictures because it was open. Well, the only thing in the box was a packing slip and bubble wrap....yep! Somebody stole the palette out of the box! I seriously doubt it was my mailman because he’s in his late 60’s. But I’m really surprised he didn’t say anything when he handed it to me! I emailed Morphe, attached the video and pictures and they emailed me back within 4 hours! And sent out a new one immediately! That speaks volumes for their company! The new one is supposed to come tomorrow so I’m so excited to finally play with it!
