15:07 regarding the name of the chord I guess it could be called a Abmadd#11/Cb to indicate it has both the fifth and the #11. Also to indicate that the #11, d, has that gravity towards eb in the following tonic Eb/g chord (even though the eb already is there on the Abm chord) Maybe as an alternative it could be written as a polychord like EbMaj7|Abm/cb
