So looking at the party stage...all the set up....how much did this lot cost....to put together.....this is not 100.000 rand set up...not a 500.000 rand set up...way way more ....who footing the bill....is it the local residents who have to pay for this party....and do the local residents have their service delivery needs met.... drinking water in their taps at home...power on in their home.... sanitation working... street lights are they working...pot holes in their roads are they fixed...are the residents of the area.
