I have worked selling wine for a couple years and recommend having a palate cleanser between tastings. I might suggest a nice crunchy pretz, salty chip, or a luscious morsel of fluffy bread. Focaccia perhaps.

yep, i work in a wine shop and i cant tell you how many times ive seen a cork degrade and ruin an ENTIRE bottle of wine… twist offs? never have that issue. another type of “cork” i like is glass corks, because they don’t have this issue either.

Nice to see someone actually point out that red wine doesn't taste good. It also gives me headaches and nightmares. White wine can be good if you add a lot of sugar. Champagne isn't bad. Red and white wines are both made from red grapes. The skins are removed for white wine. White wine is circumcised.

I acuired a taste for tequilla and whiskey and now i love both and can taste all the things in it. It's the same with wine, but I STILL have not aquired a taste for it yet.
