Very nice aesthetic. I believe the silk walls and fabrics are called chinoiserie. In this case I like that they are very streamlined & tonal. The whole house balances elegance and simplicity with luxury very well.

Jp. It’s been awhile and I’m late. The aerial view and the beginning intro with you standing in the rear elevation is outstanding. I already know I like. 47 minutes; my comment will be ridiculous 😂. Gonna watch and enjoy and only comment what I don’t like. Just an observation. Surprised only a 4 car garage for an 8 bedroom home but lots of parking outside. Ah. Another detached garage. Admire your respect for the home in removing your shoes. Was wondering where the outdoor kitchen is but there’s an outdoor pool house with a full kitchen 🙌🏼. Can dine in or out. Living in the Los Angeles area I was surprised that a house of this size and quality was under $25 million. I did some searching and found out that it originally listed for just above $38 million. A bargain if you have that kind of money 😁

I'm not familiar with the area, but the price per square footage is not bad before negotiating. It is almost 15000 square feet. The quality is great and it offers a lot of privacy which is a plus if you're not getting a great view. But the mountain views are pretty tranquil though. Not to mention over 2 acres as well. 22 million after negotiations is not bad

This has nothing to do with JP because he's only showing the house. But for the life of me to this day I can't understand why this particular house including the other Mansion surrounding it are over 15 million dollars. This particular area of Bradbury, CA is a small group of mansions that sit (alone all together), in the middle surroundings of a neighborhood filled with regular houses that are well over 60 years. It's not a trashy neighborhood or anything like that but it's also no Hidden Hills, Bel Air, or the high end area of Calabasas either. Even though each mansion does have a decent amount of land, not one of those Mansions have a view of anything special, there are no special attractions in the area, and it's not an extremely upscale area either. So I'm trying to figure out what makes them 15 plus million dollar homes.

I've really enjoyed the homes I've seen on this channel so far. This one is incredibly beautiful and the attention to detail is the most amazing I have seen on any house ever. I just didn't like that every single room seemed so feminine including the bedrooms. I mean, I'd like one such room perhaps for myself and one for my mother, but I don't think all the people I'd want to host would enjoy sleeping in such overtly feminine bedrooms. Stunning architecture and back yard, stunning mouldings and chandeliers and wallpaper. Quick question - if you buy this house, does it completely become your own, or do you have to comply to rules of the "Bradbury Estates""? For example, could I replace carpets with tiles and/or add on a building, etc.? Note to JP: I understand property presenters do speak in sleepy sing-song tones, but this is taking it a bit far. Apologies for comparing, but for me, Enes Yilmazer manages to sound professional without putting me to sleep. I really don't want to hurt your feelings, but if you always just hear compliments you would never improve, am I right? Otherwise, you do present very well and in a professional manner, and you obviously do your homework well. I'm looking forward to seeing more stunning properties presented by yourself. :) ❤

Beautiful -- but: Where are the staff living quarters? Cook/cleaner, driver/security staff, landscaper/gardener/pool maintenance will be needed at this level of extravagance. The community gateman is a token at best. If you rely on contracted "service providers" then you'll have people you really can't trust coming into your home. Cameras need to be monitored (again, by someone loyal to you) or the footage is only helpful after the fact if the police even care. If I'm rich enough to afford that property I'm not doing my own dusting and daily maintenance chores. Even the primary WCs haven't got bidets? For the price point, I'd have wanted an elevator tucked away somewhere.
