Yes but you grabbing to go snacks was kinda cringy and a bit tacky. I promise you don’t take this as bullying or being mean but as a fan of this channel please get pants 👖 that flow beyond your ankles and have some room you look uncomfortable as a tall guy I get it but do better. Also pre plan the shots and stop taking random shots in the dark at measurements etc. As a potential buyer it’s very confusing but again don’t take this as me being mean but someone needs to tell you tighten it up because you have a property that can grow and compete in the real estate digital space and maybe can even spin into television.

This house is one of the first houses, after watching a million of tours, where everything seems perfectly placed. It was really made to be a home. Everything has the right, comfortable size. I see a lot of houses where some rooms are huge and others seems like they were running out of space, even having higher prices such as 140million worth mansions out there. And the price is great for this kind of structure and amenities, I only wonder about the location, and if something else is being built on all those empty areas.

This is the first mansion I've seen that I can actually imagine my family living here. Some of them are just too big, even though we've got 4 kids. This one looks like we'd fit in nicely and not have to GPS locate the kids in the house haha BEAUTIFUL!

This house is the best that I've ever seen. Due to the size, feature and design. It beats out larger & more expensive homes. The primary bathroom was insane in size. It could use a sealing high rain shower head to make it perfect.

Beautiful front formal living with accent fireplace. Unique movie 🎥 theater 🎭 indeed. Beautiful powder room with the veil mounted faucet. Wonder what the splash radius is. Large dining and family space. Water feature. Love the bar mounted area. Amazing kitchen double islands. Don’t usually care for dark cabinets but this works with the light/dark contrast. Nice pantry and extended kitchen. Large laundry 🧺 room and dog 🐕 wash 🧼. Nice gym/spa area. Nicest apoxy floors I’ve seen. Impressive backyard indeed with pool house/guest bedroom. Outstanding primary /en-suite/2-story closet with elevator. Island vanity cool 😎. Insane shower/tub. Balcony. I believe so Jp. This the best primary suite you’ve toured. The guest bedrooms /en-suites awesome as well. 2nd floor laundry 🧺. Amazing home. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
