The cause of the spots on the wii at 11:11 is by someone left a pair of "Grip Dot" gloves on it for a long time with some heat. I know this first hand as I stored a TV in a storage unit and used a pair of those to protect it leaning on the wall. Come back a few months later and that exact same pattern was on the screen.
