Hi I follow all your directions and I don't get it when I rinsed my shirts of die and then washed them they completed faded ..I was so upset can u do a video on how to treat the tie dyes after they've been died and set the next step

To make sure the dye does not wash out, the shirt needs to be soaked in soda ash first for at least 20 minutes. After it is dyed and rinses clear you can wash it in the washing machine as usual.

the thing i do when flipping the shirt ..is NOT put it on the same spot i move it over on a clean surface 5 or 10 inches either way then you can take your damp cloth and wipe the dye off the table... always keep your surface dye free when working on the oposite side .. i seriously have wrecked so many shirts trying to rush and or work in such a confined space it was destine for failure... people say ahh how can you ruin a tye dye ....very easy hehe i had 2 small spec of orange on my work surface never seen it at all until i flipped a shirt i was making with blues and green... 3 dots of orange on the light green was nasty
