I only had a guy doing BTS so if he was holding the light I won't have BTS that's why I used the light stand. I prefer to use assistants to hold the lights for quicker shots.

@@ebenezer357 it's possible but I can't imagine that it's shifting that much so I think my tutorial on grading will be able to sort you out next week. I've done miracles with grading on the FX3 concerning White Balance :)

I did a custom white balance with a grey card with the camera on the teleprompter and the camera set the wb to 4900k but the light I’m using (120d) is supposed to be 5500k. So, either I’m setting the WB in the wrong way, or the teleprompter is shifting the color temperature from 5500k to 4900k

4:39 I actually prefer the look of the first look on the left. Maybe that was actually the 1/2 stop and not the 1/1? Right looks flatter

Yes you are right, the right one does look flatter but in context of that shoot we had to get the sun shining straight on his face since side light would have made no sense but I didn't have a reference of a full stop from the same angle. Most of the time I will opt for side light/backlight.
