also, the reason she seems very fan service coded is because she is supposed to represent Lilith in the Bible - trying to seduce eve to eat the apple, that’s why she has snakes all around her. Also, many many MANY symbolization of the devil within her trailer. A lot of people don’t like her character because of the fan service, but it goes deeper then that.

I easily see her as stand-in member three of the "Hertako" team for Pure Fiction. Area has Ice and Quantum recommend? Use Herta & Jade. Area instead is Fire & Quantum recommend? Mommy team of Himeko & Jade. It just works, and my (Stellar) Jades are crying in how much I want her, but at the same time I'm not guaranteed her

In *general* Jing Yuan would prefer another harmony over a second DPS, Jade's specific buff (30 spd) isn't really super relevant for jing since he prefers to be advanced forward anyway. Also, Jade does not offer respectable single target damage, so their team would lack single target damage since jing yuan would do less damage since you can only run 1 harmony.
