she can do the second loso on the acro series for an extra 0.2 difficulty but I don't think she has other upgrade options other than that at this point that would actually help her. I think 5.6 difficulty would be fine for her weak apparatus

She won't change anything except adding the LOSO. If there is any change she should do is to do a round off before dismount.

She's so much better now. Heading is up and more full body engagement. The whole beam is smoother, just need to increase the pace a bit.

@@cocoroni1031 how much does pace actually matter if she's making her connections and dismounting the beam on time? Legitimate question. She is definitely slower than everyone else, but very steady. As long as the connections get credited, is there a deduction for slow pacing?

@@omglauraelizabeth Rhythm, fluency, and judges can deduct some steps if they are moving too slow and aren’t judged as choreographed (“adjustment”). Sam said it, “the faster you move, the better”. But a beam needs to show variation in rhythm in the code so it’s weird.
