Excellent video Jade!!! I initially watched the video so see what you meant by a stab kick - it's funny how many people have different names for the same kick LOL - I have been doing TKD for 30 years, teaching for 26, competing nationally and internationally stopped competing due to mostly age and not enjoying waking up after training with all the various aches and pains - retired from competition just before TKD became a Full Olympic sport in 2000 (also because if I wanted to go to the Olympics would have been in Steven Lopez division at team trials LOL) - Anyway sorry for rambling there we used to call that either a push kick or cut kick Anyway I am sure that you have heard the old saying "How many Black Belts does it take to change a light bulb? ....100: 1 to actually change it and 99 to say how they do it differently at their school" LOL So due to the COVID-19 I am starting to teach Virtual Classes online which has been a challenge, but after watching your video I found it very insightful (not just on how to use the kick), but format wise and how to adjust my online class to constantly keep improving the experience for my students. I am anxiously looking forward to your next video any topic would be great!!! You are not only a very gifted competitor, but also an amazing teacher keep up the great work :)

Fantastic Jade loving them keep them coming, my daughter is 10 and already has 8 gold medals and a silver for international and a bronze for a Worlds Champs. she is a blue belt and is looking for more training vids for fights and how to score higher points. Her back kick is deadly. We cant wait for the next upload. Her TKD school has been doing online training such a great way to still keep up with the training. Should do some live online sessions. Cant wait for Tokyo! Also loved your book the Head Hunter, maybe one day she will compete for Scotland.
